What time of year does budlia flower?

I think it's called that. It's a bush with spears of tiny purple flowers and butterflies love it.

Reply:Depends. There is the Golden Ball Buddleia, which usually flowers in around May in the UK, and the purple/pink sorts, in August.
Reply:it depends on where you are, I live in Southern California and mine started blooming in May and I will have blooms up till the new year. then I cut them all the way back to about a foot. and it comes back with a vengeance in the spring
